Hey Linda! I think it's a good idea to follow up a cleansing balm with a regular cleanser especially if you're acne prone. I looked up the ingredients in this one and it generally looks okay to me although it is formulated with stearic and lauric acid. These fatty acids (particularly lauric) tend to be comedogenic. However, if you can tolerate it without drying out your skin too much or developing any breakouts, I'm all for it!
