Hey! How long have you been using retinol for? If this is within 1-3 months, it's fairly normal and should go away.
That being said, you can reduce frequency of retinol and slowly work your way back up to 5-6x per week which will allow your skin to tolerate the actives better and reduce redness.
If you want something to kill the redness, a moisturizer with centella asiatica is your best best. This is one of my favorites, formulated at >50%: https://go.shopmy.us/p-1188322

used it for less than a month, noticed it and stopped. been there for around 3 months now. haven't used it since.
