3 Tips to Become More Attractive

Fawn and Darwin are always right.

If you read my origin story, then you already know that I break down the science of attraction to basic principles of evolutionary biology.

Thus, I believe “being hot” is as simple as optimizing your indicators of reproductive fitness as follows:

  1. Normal body fat percentage (sub-15% for men, sub-22% for women)

  2. Figure to enhance secondary sex characteristics (v-taper for men, hourglass figure for women)

  3. Positive health indicators (thick hair, clear skin, full lips, etc.)

I attribute my entire glow up (as the Zoomers say) to this framework.

Skincare is one of the majors keys to improving your value in the sexual marketplace, but it isn’t the end-all be-all of attraction.

In this piece, we’ll discuss:

  • Fitness

  • Skincare

  • Holistic health

Here are 3 easy steps to become a top 1% competitor in the sexual marketplace:

1) Fitness

Recall that the root of attraction comes from the desire to reproduce.

Thus, to improve your chances of attracting a partner, you will want to subconsciously signal your ability to produce healthy children.

Yeah, I know - I suck all the fun out of sexy stuff, huh? Minor ‘tism.

I can promise you that all of the skincare in the world will not move the needle if people perceive you to be incompetent at first impression.

Basically, if you want people to treat you well:

Don’t be fat.

Life is so much harder when you’re fat because you’re not leveraging the unspoken advantage of being in shape: no one gives you the benefit of the doubt.

Not only do people do not treat others they are not attracted to well.

I know this from personal experience.

Nothing has been greater ROI for me than maintaining a normal body fat percentage and enhancing my figure through hypertrophy.

While y’all should be running one of @BowTiedOx’s programs, we can distill the point of hypertrophy to developing your secondary sex characteristics:

  • Men will want to build their v-taper

  • Women will want to strategically build an hourglass figure

  • Both genders will need to reduce waist size for both health and aesthetics purposes.

Thus, you will need to settle in at a healthy body fat percentage for optimal fertility:

  • 10-15% for men:

This is a *general* guideline for body fat percentage visually. Obviously will have to do with how much muscle you have as well, but this is close enough to ballpark.

I can tell you from experience that while this sounds daunting, the process is only difficult the first time you lean out hard.

Maintenance isn’t difficult, and you’ll love your body so much that you won’t even desire to deviate past the upper threshold.

2) Skincare

Here we go again: three basic steps to skincare.

This is the laziest skincare (read: basic hygiene) routine in the world:

Morning

  • Rinse with water or a gentle cleanser

  • Moisturize

  • Facial SPF

Night

  • Gentle cleanser

  • Moisturize

Two minutes twice a day - that’s it!

My skincare routine is more complicated this (because I’m committed to being a top 1% competitor, as you should be too).

I’ll compile everything I do in a future post.

And yes, I wear SPF on my face, neck, and hands every day.

Before y’all come for me about vitamin D - the most recent time I got my blood checked, I was sitting around 50 ng/dL.

When’s the last time you bothered to get your blood checked?

3) Holistic Health

If “Stop Being Ugly” wasn’t my catchphrase, “‘health and beauty’ is redundant” would be.

Anything that makes you attractive to the opposite sex is rooted in the desire to procreate.

Darwin always wins.

Thus, if you want to be attractive, you need to do everything in your power to maximize your health.

Maximizing your health includes eating a nutritious diet, sleeping a minimum of 7 hours every night, taking supplements as necessary, reducing stress, optimizing your light environment, not skipping cardio. . .

Yadda, yadda, yadda.

The list goes on.

I’m not going to bother lecturing you.

You already know what you should be doing.

In the meantime, you can try to mask your deficiencies by faking health indicators.

For example, women contour their faces to provide the illusion of higher cheekbones to signal youth and a lower body fat percentage:

Another example: men line up their beards to enhance the appearance of a strong jawline:

In Conclusion

Want to hear a fun fact?

The underlying reason women wear lipstick is that a deeper color mimics the flush of blood flow to the lips when they are aroused.

In less turbo terms: lipstick makes women look more fertile.

And what did I say earlier?

Anything that makes you attractive to the opposite sex is rooted in the desire to procreate.

Attraction is not just an art - it is a science.

By understanding basic principles of evolutionary biology, we can hack the equation.
