HOW TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF INTO A GIGA CHAD OR GIGA CHADETTE
Beauty matters!
We all know the faces of Hollywood stars and top models.
Women dream of the charisma of Gisele Bündchen or Angelina Jolie. Men envy George Clooney for his elegance, or wish for the striking appearance of Henry Cavill.
It’s the face we always look first to and remember the most of these people.
Facial symmetry, form of the eyes, lip and the jawline, they all matter. BBC has a whole documentary series on it, called “The Human Face”, referring to the famous works of facial surgeon Dr. Stephen Marquardt.
(as you can see, Marilyn Monroe and Angelina Jolie both have the perfect facial symmetry, based on the laws of nature)
The roots of beauty are deep in nature and the renaissance made use of its laws in all their pictures and statues. That’s why their art pieces are completely timeless and will be forever remembered.
Beauty brings success. Almost automatically, it seems to us. "It's the genes. Life is unfair!" "I can do what I want, I'll never be like that!" You say to yourself, sinking into deep sadness and a sense of failure overcomes you.
And it's true, genes play a big role. But not the only one. Not everything is talent. Hard work still pays off and you are not as powerless as you may seem.
In this article I want to go into detail on what you can do to achieve a more beautiful face and especially a well defined and chiseled jawline, making other people remember you after seeing you.
Whether you're male or female, everyone benefits from a sharper face!
First I want you to show my transformation, to show you more about what we’re talking about today and to prove to you that I have skin in the game.
If I can achieve major changes, you can definitely do it too.
It’s an easy THREE STEP FORMULA I want to present to you. It will have a major influence on your jawline and overall facial appearance.
Of course the younger you are the more drastic these changes will be, as you're still in a stage of major development of bone structure and everything else.
But working on yourself and on your beauty always has its benefits and will contribute to good changes.
You have to believe in your body's ability to adapt. Wolffs’s law, epigenetic expression, SAID principle are all real.
As modern humans degenerate through poor lifestyle choices (shown below), they can also recover.
So let's get right to it and let me explain to you THREE STEPS: MEWING, CHEWING and SLIMMING, so you can finally gain that giga chad/chadette face.
Step: MEWING
Have you heard of Dr. Mike Mew and the practice of orthotropics? If not, look it up right after finishing this article to go deeper into the rabbit hole and to know all of the origins of mewing.
Important for mewing is to know that your skull is not one fixed bone. It is of different bones (22 to be exact), all connected through soft tissue, being able to move and to adapt.
One way to move these bones, especially the maxilla and to influence the palate is through the right tongue posture.
Your whole tongue should always rest on the roof of your mouth, right behind your front teeth.
ALWAYS, except for when you are speaking or eating.
You will only be able to breathe through your nose. For the most part the optimal breathing for humans.
The pressure of your tongue is able to make more room for straight teeth, as it widens your palate and it pushes the maxilla forward. A part of your skull with great influence on your appearance, giving you a sharper look.
You still don’t believe that the posture of your tongue has such great influence?
In the 80's Dr. Egil P. Horvild had a number of monkeys for a study, from which half of them had their nasal airways blocked with plugs for a number of years and were forced to mouth breath, leaving their tongue dropped in the mouth.
The result: “All experimental animals gradually acquired a facial appearance and dental occlusion different from those of the control animals (nose breathers).” These differences were not pretty.
Make sure your tongue is resting on the roof of your mouth while reading this!
Taping your mouth for sleep can guarantee this posture for the night.
Also with mewing it’s important to sit and stand erect. You don’t want to slouch. Posture is important to and carries over to your tongue resting properly.
On to the next step –
Step: CHEWING
Your jaw has muscles that can be trained like the rest of your body and benefit from hypertrophy (a growing muscle).
Responsible for a wider and more hollow appearance of your face is the masseter muscle, right on the side of your jaw.
A problem of the modern world is the soft food everyone eats. Highly processed, easy to swallow without really challenging teeth and jaw leading again to degeneration.
So apart from getting enough micronutrients through your diet, you should also chew on harder stuff.
Don’t jump on the jawline trainer bandwagon. You don’t want to chew on plastic and they do more harm than good for your joints. They can even cause dislocations, because you force yourself into an unnatural position.
Chew on raw carrots instead, meat on the bone, on TOUGH food.
You can even boost the hypertrophy of your masseter muscle with natural remedies.
Ditch your soft plastic chewing gum and opt for mastic gum. It’s the oldest chewing gum in history, out of the sap from trees and also the toughest one, without destroying your jaw.
But beware, it will be really fatiguing at first, especially if you haven’t chewed a lot of normal gum.
My choice of mastic gum is obviously GrecoGum (shameless plug).
And the LAST and also VERY IMPORTANT STEP –
Step: SLIMMING
This last one is a big one.
If you do the two steps above for long enough but have a bunch of fluff on your face, you will never reveal your progress and true beauty.
A calorie deficit can have so much impact on your appearance. Losing excess body fat is one of the best beauty hacks.
Let me prove it to you again by being the example:
These two pictures are only 6 months apart and during that time I lost a total of 13kg/29lbs.
Your trained abs only show when you are lean and the same applies to the masseter and rest of the jaw. Even more if you want that hollow look. There is a reason for why in bodybuilding they call it the “death face” in the last week of shredding for show, if you have done everything right.
Get your diet right, move enough outside, get sunshine, live a healthy life, lift weights. These are keys for better looks.
Again, the laws are deep in nature. The more connected to nature you are and avoid some of the toxic modern behaviors, the better.
To summarize:
Eat healthy. Get lean and stay lean.
Chew real food and mastic gum to train the masseter muscle.
Breath through your nose, have your tongue resting on the roof of your mouth at all times and even apply some pressure.
Stand tall and erect, keep your head up.
Write all that on a piece of paper and look at it every morning after waking up. Consistency is key here.
Best is to put in the work everyday, as this will accumulate and lead to the best changes. Expect it to take a few months.
