I am, above all things, an anti-aging maxi. Much of my life is optimized for longevity - I started strength training at a young age, I take care of my heart, eat nutritious food, sleep deeply, and (attempt to) manage stress. While I’m sure these activities will keep me youthful in the long term and you should take these steps too, I like to take the process further by biohacking my way into perfect, glowing skin. What can I say, I’m shallow!

At a high level, retinoids work by
