My Best Beauty Finds of 2025

Every year, I try a lot of new products to see what really works.

Some are instant favorites, and others take a little time to grow on me.

This list includes everything that earned a spot in my routine this year from new finds I loved right away to old staples I still reach for all the time.

If you’re looking for skincare, makeup, hair, and wellness products that actually make a difference, these are the ones worth trying:

Makeup

1. R.E.M. Beauty Lip Gloss

This is the best new lip gloss I tried this year. I love these and wear them constantly.

The purple shade Juice Box is my favorite and somehow looks good with everything.

The color is light but still adds that soft shine that makes me look more put together, even on casual days.

The texture feels smooth and not sticky, and the formula is a little thicker than Eadem’s, which might be why it lasts longer for me.

I like that it is not super pigmented because it makes it easy to wear every day.

Eadem is still my favorite gloss overall, but this one has become a close second for me.

2. Saie Dew Blush

Saie’s Dew Blush in the shade Chilly blends so easily and gives that fresh, natural flush I always want in a cream blush.

The formula is creamy but light, made with plant-derived glycerin for hydration and elderberry extract for antioxidant protection.

It melts into my skin without feeling greasy.

I loved it so much that I ordered another shade, Spicy, which has a warmer tone for summer.

3. NYX Face Glue Setting Spray

NYX Face Glue Setting Spray does a decent job of keeping my makeup in place for everyday wear.

It’s lightweight, non-sticky, and gives a soft glow while helping makeup stay put.

The formula has film formers and maple syrup extract for extra grip, making colors look a bit more vibrant.

It’s affordable and reliable enough for daily use, but it doesn’t hold up as well in hot weather. It’s good, but not perfect.

4. L’Oréal’s Infallible 24-7 Setting Spray

L’Oréal’s Infallible 24-7 Setting Spray gives a stronger hold with a more matte finish.

It sets makeup better than the NYX spray and lasts longer through humidity and sweat.

The microfine mist dries quickly and feels lightweight, though it can sting a little when I apply it.

Still, it’s a solid drugstore find I reach for when I need my makeup to stay put all day.

5. Orymne ½-Inch Curling Wand

Orymne’s ½-inch Curling Wand is technically a hair tool, but I included it here because it’s part of my usual “getting ready” routine.

The ceramic barrel heats up quickly and creates small, bouncy curls that last all day.

It has adjustable temperature settings, a digital display, and even an automatic shut-off for peace of mind.

It’s one of those random Amazon finds that turned out to be a keeper.

I love a super tight curl because it’s a fun departure from an everyday look, and because it makes it easy to quickly style bigger chunks of hair into looser curls if you’re doing a ponytail or a similar updo.

Skincare

1. Niod Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist

Niod’s Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist has been my favorite facial spray this year.

It’s a water-based treatment mist that helps protect the skin from environmental stress and dehydration.

I use it before moisturizer at night, and it leaves my skin calm, hydrated, and never sticky. The mist is super fine and feels refreshing after cleansing.

2. Neostrata Rebound Sculpting Cream

Neostrata’s Rebound Sculpting Cream has been my top new moisturizer of 2025.

It feels rich but not greasy, and the airless packaging keeps the formula fresh.

It uses MicroDiPeptide229 technology, which helps lift and firm the skin by targeting collagen and elastin, while a 10% AHA/PHA blend smooths texture and brightens tone.

My skin feels more firm and hydrated, and it’s been the perfect nighttime cream for me this year.

3. F.R.E. Glow Me+ SPF 50 Lightweight Tinted Moisturizer

F.R.E.’s Glow Me+ SPF 50 Tinted Moisturizer is a lightweight, zinc oxide–based sunscreen that blends easily and leaves a natural, glowy finish.

The tint evens out my skin tone without looking heavy, and it never leaves a white cast.

It also includes the brand’s Argania Active Complex, an antioxidant blend that helps protect against sun damage and premature aging.

It’s been the sunscreen I’ve reached for most this year.

4. BeautyBio The Daily Acid-Free Vitamin C Serum

BeautyBio’s The Daily Acid-Free Vitamin C Serum has been a gentle, non-irritating way to brighten my skin.

It uses Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, a stable and acid-free form of vitamin C that evens tone and adds radiance without clashing with Tretinoin.

It layers easily with moisturizer and sunscreen and gives my skin a healthy, consistent glow.

5. Yepoda Bubble Double Cleanser

Yepoda’s Bubble Double Cleanser has been my favorite cleanser of the year.

It removes sunscreen and makeup without drying out my skin.

The formula foams up nicely and leaves my face feeling soft and balanced.

It’s one of those cleansers that just makes your routine feel easy.

6. No B.S. Skincare Cleansing Melt

I tried the No B.S. Skincare Cleansing Melt for the first time this year, and it quickly became one of my favorite new discoveries.

The balm-to-milk formula, made with moringa oil, shea butter, vitamin E, and lime oil, removes even waterproof makeup without stripping or leaving a greasy residue.

It’s gentle, fragrance-free, and feels like a solid upgrade for anyone looking for a dependable cleansing balm.

7. Humble French Peppermint Nourishing Lip Balm

Humble’s French Peppermint Nourishing Lip Balm is a new discovery this year and now part of my nightly routine.

It keeps my lips hydrated without making my mouth tape slip off, which is a big plus. The peppermint flavor is light but refreshing.

The formula is simple and effective, made with organic coconut oil, cocoa butter, apricot kernel oil, vitamin E, and beeswax to keep lips soft and smooth.

Body Care

1. The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + Inulin Body Lotion

The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factors + Inulin Body Lotion is the newest body product I’ve added to my routine this year.

It’s light but still nourishing, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue.

The formula includes amino acids, urea, and PCA to keep skin hydrated, plus inulin, a prebiotic that helps support the moisture barrier.

It leaves my skin soft and balanced, especially after showering, and it’s a great option for days when I want hydration without any heaviness.

The L’Oréal Ever Pure Bond Repair Concentrate has been my favorite new hair treatment this year.

It’s genuinely impressive for a drugstore product, making my hair feel smoother and stronger without weighing it down.

The sulfate-free, vegan formula helps reinforce weak bonds and protect against breakage, especially from color or heat damage.

I use it as a pre-shampoo treatment, and over time it’s made my hair noticeably healthier and more resilient.

2. Curlsmith Curl Conditioning Oil-In-Cream

One of my favorite curl products I found this year is Curlsmith’s Curl Conditioning Oil-In-Cream.

The texture feels rich but not greasy, and a little goes a long way.

It absorbs beautifully without residue and works well on both freshly washed and second-day hair.

Level 3’s Aloe Vera Hair Serum quickly became a regular in my routine.

The aloe vera–infused formula smooths frizz and leaves my hair soft and lightweight without any stickiness.

It adds a subtle gloss and a fresh scent, making it an easy everyday staple.

Fragrance

1. Merit Beauty Eau de Parfum

Merit Beauty’s Retrospect has been my go-to fragrance this year.

It’s soft, warm, and clean without being overpowering, the kind of scent that just feels effortless.

The blend of bergamot, pear, and ambrette at the top gives it a fresh start, while jasmine, rose, and violet add a subtle floral heart.

Vanilla and musk round it out with a cozy finish that lingers all day.

It’s the first perfume I’ve reached for consistently without even thinking.

2. ALT Fragrance

ALT Fragrance was one of the best discoveries I made this year.

Crystal No. 23 is inspired by Baccarat Rouge 540 but still feels elevated on its own, warm, slightly sweet, and sophisticated.

The blend of amber wood, jasmine, and cedar gives it depth, while a hint of candy-like softness keeps it airy and addictive.

It lasts longer than I expected and has that same luxurious finish that makes Baccarat so popular.

Supplements / Wellness

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides have been part of my routine for years, and I still recommend them to everyone.

I take 20 grams every morning, usually in coffee or a smoothie.

My nails never break, and my hair feels stronger and grows faster.

It’s not technically skincare, but I can see the difference in my skin and overall health when I stay consistent with it.

Slowvember 2025: 23% Off The Ordinary, NIOD, and LoOPHA

Happy Slowvember!

No, you didn’t read that wrong. It’s Slowvember.

Every year, DECIEM, the company behind The Ordinary, NIOD, and now LoOPHA, takes a slower approach to the busiest shopping season.

Instead of rushing through Black Friday, they close their stores that day and offer 23% off all month long.

It’s a reminder to slow down, shop mindfully, and choose what actually fits your routine.

This year marks five years of Slowvember, and it feels more relevant than ever. With new launches, cult favorites, and science-backed formulas, it’s the perfect time to explore what really works for your skin.

So, in honor of Slowvember 2025, I’m sharing my top picks from The Ordinary, NIOD, and LoOPHA that are worth keeping in your lineup all year.

LoOPHA

Before getting into my usual skincare favorites, I have to mention DECIEM’s newest brand, LoOPHA.

It focuses on gentle, simple formulas for the body, and the first product I tried quickly became a favorite.

The Oud + Amber Hand & Body Wash smells warm and cozy and leaves my skin clean without feeling stripped.

It’s not as hydrating as the Naturium Glow Getter Body Wash I usually use, but it’s still a great everyday option.

Best Products from NIOD

NIOD is one of my favorite brands for high-quality, technologically advanced skincare.

While you won’t really find your basic cleansers here (well, Sanskrit Saponins is a fan favorite, but I wouldn’t put it in the top 5), you will find tons of great products to take your routine to the next level.

1. NIOD Survival 0 (Best overall)

If you’re going to get anything from the Deciem brands, get Survival 0.

NIOD’s Survival range is a collection of “networked protection systems” designed to fortify your skin against environmental and lifestyle-related aggressors.

As explained by The Derm Review, the entire Survival 0 line is armed with technologies that combat challenges like superoxide radicals, nitrogen radicals, carbonyl radicals, glycation, advanced glycation end-products (AGE), pollution, smog, stress, infrared, and blue light.

So…basically everything your body is fighting off on a daily basis.

Within the Survival line, Survival 30, Survival 20, and Survival 10 offer mineral-based sun protection, but to my knowledge, they either aren’t available in the US anymore or have been discontinued altogether.

However, Survival 0 isn’t a sunscreen; it’s just a phenomenal product that works synergistically with SPF or when worn alone to combat oxidative stress and environmental damage.

Some of the coolest complexes in this product include superoxide dismutase and a tomato carotenoid complex which provides its iconic orangey-reddish-brownish color.

2. NIOD Fractionated Eye Concentrate

This NIOD eye serum is a cult favorite among cosmetic chemists and skincare enthusiastics because it integrates over 25 different clinically proven technologies to target signs of aging in the eye contour area.

Among these technologies, a few stand out in particular:

The Fibroblast Drone utilizes an encapsulated pro-hyaluronic acid peptide within a polymer core, enclosed by a Heptapeptide, enabling a targeted release and ensuring the ingredient actually gets to the site of activity to provide a visible “filler”-like effect
The Neuron Drone utilizes another encapsulated delivery system to specifically target the appearance of expression lines

Combined with other ingredients, NIOD’s FECC is a great product to target fine lines, loss of upper eyelid elasticity, dark circles, and texture concerns.

The only thing I don’t love about it is that it’s not a “cream”, and it doesn’t provide the moisturizing benefits of a traditional eye product.

3. NIOD Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist

If you ask any skincare enthusiast what their favorite NIOD product is, 9 times out of 10 they’ll either say NIOD’s Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist or Copper Amino Isolate Serum.

Among a few other powerful ingredients, the key here is superoxide dismutase which is a potent antioxidant that has been proven to:

Fight free radical damage
Protect type I collagen from degradation
Prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging

So, if facial mists are your thing or if you travel a lot and need a product to combat dry cabin air, consider trying this one from NIOD.

4. NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3 1:1 (CAIS3)

NIOD’s Copper Amino Isolate Serum has gone through a few evolutions, and this is the latest one.

This time around, CIAS3 combines 1% pure GHK peptide and 1% Copper Tripeptide-1 (aka GHK-Cu).

GHK-Cu (which you’ve probably heard referred to as just “copper peptides”) has been proven to:

Stimulate wound healing
Reduce photodamage, hyperpigmentation, and skin spots
Protect skin cells from UV radiation
Reduce inflammation and free radical damage
Increase hair growth and thickness & enlarge hair follicle size
Improve overall skin appearance

Copper peptides can be tricky to include in your routine because, depending on their formulation, they don’t always play well with other active ingredients (specifically vitamin C).

While you can apply this serum either morning or night (or both!), I like to apply copper peptides at night after allowing tretinoin or retinol to sink in for a few minutes.

5. NIOD Lip Bio Lipid Concentrate

Since I’ve been blogging about skincare for three years, it’s not often that I run into a completely new, innovative product.

NIOD’s Lip Bio Lipid Concentrate changed that.

If you’re looking for full, beautiful lips without the risk of invasive procedures, this is the product for you.

This concentrate is packed with unique peptides, and here are a few of the key ingredients:

Palmitoyl-KMO2K-Sugar-Ester Peptide Bio-Complex increases the appearance of your lip volume and sustains a 50%+ hydration increase for up to 20 hours after application
Lipid Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 Complex is modeled after an amino acid sequence in your dermal elastin and improves the suppleness and firmness of your lips
Nicotinic Acid Methyl Ester creates a short-term inflammatory reaction (no long term effects) to improve visible lip redness almost immediately for a darker, more pronounced appearance without the need for lipstick

. . . and all of these ingredients come in a lovely oil base of hemi-squalane and sea buckthorn oil that mimic your skin’s natural oils.

Just wash your hands thoroughly after applying it to prevent getting any of the nicotinic acid methyl ester on your skin as it may cause some slight redness for a few minutes.

Best Products from The Ordinary

While I consider NIOD to be the more mature “older sister” to The Ordinary, this brand still has many great and affordable products.

1. The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution

Listen, if you have acne, blackheads, sebaceous filaments, seborrheic dermatitis (the list goes on), just get The Ordinary’s Salicylic Acid Solution.

Salicylic acid is on the FDA monographic for treating acne, and 2% has been repeatedly proven to be an effective and inexpensive treatment.

This serum can be a little sticky or tacky; although I know tons of people love it, if you’re sensitive to textures, you might want to check out Naturium’s Salicylic Acid Solution instead.

2. The Ordinary Buffet Serum

Regardless of price, The Ordinary’s Buffet Serum is one of the best peptide products on the market right now.

This serum is a treasure trove of peptides, including:

Matrixyl 3000, known for stimulating collagen production and restoring skin plumpness
SYN-AKE which acts like (safe!) snake venom and inihibits facial muscle contraction, preventing the formation of fine lines and wrinkles
Probiotic complex that balances and supports your skin’s microbiome
Matrixyl synthe’6 stimulates the synthesis of collagen, fibronectin, and hyaluronic acid to support dermal structure and moisture levels

While I’m using Medik8 Liquid Peptides, this is still a phenomenal (and more affordable) peptide serum option.

3. The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors

The Ordinary might only offer one moisturizer, but they surely knocked it outta the park with their Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA.

Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF) already exist in your skin, and they’re essential for keeping your barrier hydrated and protected.

This formula combines amino acids, ceramides, fatty acids, and a bunch of hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and sodium PCA to nourish your skin.

Plus, I like that it’s lightweight but creamy enough to be suitable for all skin types and environments.

4. The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate in Vitamin F

This is the only vitamin C serum from The Ordinary that I would actually recommend to someone.

Instead of using l-ascorbic acid which can be unstable and oxidize quickly, this serum includes tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (THD).

THD is a stable, oil-soluble derivative of vitamin C that has brightening properties in its own right and can provide UV-protective benefits.

Plus, the inclusion of vitamin F oil lends a super nourishing touch to the serum which you don’t often find with vitamin C products - ideal for dry skin.

I’ve also tried the Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres, and while I liked it, it has a thicker, more pasty texture.

Note: that’s a pretty common issue I find with The Ordinary products - because they’re so cheap, they’re not really . . . elegant formulas. But hey, if you don’t care about textures, have at it!

I prefer the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate serum instead for both stability and texture.

Also, if you have oilier skin and prefer a more “matte” texture and feel in your serums, I suggest checking out BeautyStat’s Vitamin C Serum instead.

5. The Ordinary 10% Mandelic Acid

Mandelic acid is one of the most gentle alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) used in skincare, so I’m a fan of this exfoliant from The Ordinary.

Mandelic acid has benefits like improving skin texture and evening-out skin tone, and many people argue that it’s more suitable for people with darker skin tones than other AHAs.

That’s because stronger acids like glycolic acid and lactic acid are more likely to cause irritation (and therefore potentially hyperpigmentation) for individuals with dark skin tones.

On the other hand, mandelic acid is gentle and unlikely to cause irritation or hyperpigmentation.

Additionally, it’s more suitable for people with acne-prone skin than The Ordinary’s Lactic Acid or Glycolic Acid Solution thanks to its structural similarity to salicylic acid.

You’ll typically find mandelic acid in skincare products ranging from 5-15% concentration, so The Ordinary’s 10% Mandelic Acid is both affordable and effective.

6. The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension

Azelaic acid is one of my favorite over-the-counter skincare ingredients for treating acne, dark spots, and even mild rosacea.

In fact, if you see a dermatologist for rosacea, there’s a good chance they’ll prescribe you a higher-strength azelaic acid medication.

Azelaic acid is a potent antioxidant that also exhibits antimicrobial effects and functions as a tyrosinase inhibitor (meaning it’s great to fight hyperpigmentation and melasma).

While I find The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid to be effective, it’s not my favorite azelaic serum due to the thick, pasty texture.

In fact, I prefer Naturium’s Topical Azelaic Acid or FaceTheory’s Lumileza Serum.

NIOD vs The Ordinary vs LoOPHA

Dew-Glow Moisturizer SPF 50

If it weren’t for the fact that I tried this one’s watery, thinner, more exceptional younger sibling (aka UV Reflect Antioxidant SPF), I probably would have loved Dew-Glow Moisturizer SPF 50.

Dew-Glow has a creamy, medium-weight lotion texture that takes about a minute to absorb.

It needs to be rubbed in carefully, but once it does, your skin feels incredible.

You’ll be plump and dewy, without any heavy, icky, greasy feeling.

Naturium Glow Getter

This is one of my favorite body washes, and I’ve repurchased Naturium’s Glow Getter SIX TIMES.

It’s absolutely phenomenal and incredibly smooth, occasionally doubling as a shaving gel for me.

Trust me, it will leave your skin feeling super hydrated and glowy, thanks to its content of over 50% glycerin which helps bind environmental water, keeping your skin hydrated from the inside out.

Azelaic Acid

Azelaic Topical Acid, by far, my favorite Naturium product (and I’ve tried so freakin’ many).

This one product not only fights acne but also gets rid of red spots, flaky skin, and can even soothe rosacea.

Oh, and it’s a thousand times better than The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid.

Just trust me.

Retinol Complex Serum

If you’re new to anti-aging skincare, you need to try Naturium’s Retinol Serum.

It includes both retinol and bakuchiol which have a positive synergistic effect on each other to fight fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots.

And if you’re already used to using retinol in your routine, consider giving their retinaldehyde cream serum a try.

I suggest applying 5-7 drops (or a pea-sized amount if you use a thicker product) in between your cleanser and moisturizer at night.

Salicylic Acid Serum

I recommend Naturium’s Salicylic Acid Serum one all the time to people with acne!

It’s a simple 2% salicylic acid serum formulated with maltobionic acid and Amorphophallus Konjac Root Extract to hydrate & soothe your skin from the irritation that occasionally accompanies salicylic acid.

In particularly, this product is especially good for non-inflammatory acne like blackheads and whiteheads.

Mandelic Acid

Mandelic Topical Acid 12% is an awesome alpha hydroxy acid that is way more gentle than glycolic or lactic acid, making it perfect for people with sensitive skin.

It’s good for treating acne and unwanted skin texture, and mandelic acid even has anti-fungal properties so it may help with fungal acne depending on the severity of your case.

In this guide, I’ll walk you through my favorite Hanni products so you know exactly what to add to your cart.

Hanni Shave Pillow

The Hanni Shave Pillow is marketed as a disruptor in the world of dry shaving, promising a smooth, luxurious shave without shaving cream.

The product is designed to combat common shaving issues like razor burn and ingrown hairs to ensure a close, comfortable shave.

In my experience, while the Shave Pillow did provide a certain level of smoothness without having to actually get in the shower, I feel it fell short in some areas.

Using enough of the product to prevent razor burn led to my razor clogging, which was not ideal.

Additionally, I noticed a slight burning sensation on my legs post-shave, leading me to the conclusion that this product might not be suitable for people with sensitive skin.

The Shave Pillow, with its creamy texture and promise of a soothing shave, has potential, but it may not be the universal solution for all shaving needs.

I think I’ll hang onto Shave Pillow for an on-the-go moisturizer though!

Hanni Cocoon Cleanse

The Hanni Cocoon Cleanse was my second favorite of all 4 Hanni products!

This cleansing bar lathers up effortlessly, providing a light-yet-thorough cleanse. Trust me, you haven’t seen another product lather like this one.

It's gentle on your skin, making it suitable for daily use, and it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean without any residue.

In my experience, it even outperformed the Shave Pillow as a base for shaving, offering a smoother glide for the razor similar to traditional shaving creams.

That said, after finishing this bar, I returned to using Naturium The Glow Getter as my 2-in-1 body wash and shaving gel after I finished Cocoon Cleanse.

Overall, The Cocoon Cleanse is a testament to Hanni's understanding of what makes great body care: simplicity, effectiveness, and a gentle touch.

Hanni Splash Salve

The Hanni Splash Salve was another winner, and my absolute favorite of all 4 products.

This thick, nourishing moisturizer is a standout product, delivering on its promise to lock in moisture effectively.

It's a joy to use, especially for those with dry skin, as it leaves your skin feeling deeply moisturized.

Plus, it's so convenient to apply as it's water-activated.

Basically, after using The Cocoon Cleanse, you then go in with Splash Salve on your wet skin and quickly hop under the water for a minute again to active the product.

Overall, I think the Splash Salve stands out for its rich texture and lasting hydration. It's certainly a product I recommend for anyone looking for a good body moisturizer.

Hanni Water Balm

Last up is the Hanni Water Balm, a unique addition to your body care routine.

This product is a post-shower spray designed to add an extra layer of hydration to the skin.

The application is refreshing and the sensation is pleasant, you'll be amazed at how nourishing a simple hydrating spray can be, especially layered over Splash Salve.

Now, for those who enjoy an extensive body care routine, the Water Balm could be a delightful luxury.

However, for a minimalist routine, I'd say you can skip this one unless you’ll use it as a lightweight alternative to your usual moisturizer (which can be perfect for summer!).

The Daily Dose Hydra-Ceramide Boost + SPF 40 is a colorless, watery serum that applies like a dream.

It hydrates effectively and contains ceramides, which are fantastic for the skin barrier.

I appreciate that it's fragrance-free, making it ideal for those sensitive to scents. Plus, it's vegan, which is always a nice bonus.

This product stands out with its lightweight texture, similar to Zinc Screen but without the tint.

I prefer thin sunscreens over thick ones, so this fits perfectly into my routine.

Zinc Screen 100% Mineral Lotion

The Zinc Screen 100% Mineral Lotion SPF 40 might be the first mineral sunscreen I've tried that is truly 100% unseen with no white cast, I'm shocked.

(Note: I do not have a particularly deep skin tone, so if you have a darker skin tone, you may experience a slight white cast)

It's a super thin, watery liquid that's tinted and very lightweight, making it perfect for daily use.

Because the consistency is so runny, I'm a bit confused about the exact amount needed to get the right SPF coverage.

Although it has SPF 40, I find it hard to use the two-finger rule since this sunscreen is not thick.

Typically, you would apply two lines across each finger to get enough for your face, but that's tricky with this formula.

Despite this challenge, it's an excellent sunscreen.

Glowscreen

The Glowscreen is a 10 out of 10!

This incredible product provides a beautiful glow and fantastic coverage.

It makes my skin look like I've been in the sun and have a really nice tan without actually needing to sunbathe right before.

The pearlescent sheen it gives is lovely and it blends in immediately, definitely a perfect score.

I couldn't be happier with it.

However, it's important to note that Glowscreen is not a mineral sunscreen.

So, for those who prefer chemical-free or organic options, this might not be the best choice.

Mineral Unseen Sunscreen

The Mineral Unseen Sunscreen is a solid choice for a mineral sunscreen.

It has a powdery finish that reminds me of the Mischa Sun Milk sunscreen.

Although it took a bit of time to rub in, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of any white cast, an impressive feat for a mineral sunscreen.

The finish is muted but still retains a slight glow, though that was possibly due to the copper peptide serum I applied beforehand.

The coverage is reliable, and the light, powdery texture feels comfortable on my skin.

Unseen Sunscreen

Then there’s the Unseen Sunscreen.

The Unseen Sunscreen is good and has a consistency similar to Aquaphor.

It applies nicely and feels somewhat occlusive, unlike the creamy and hydrating Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30.

This sunscreen is very plain and light, making it a great choice for summer.

While I like the Unseen Sunscreen and think it’s a true neutral sunscreen that will appeal to pretty much everyone who is comfortable with mineral sunscreens, I still prefer the Glowscreen.

Mineral Matte Screen

The Mineral Matte Screen features a soft, powdery finish similar to the Mineral Unseen Sunscreen.

This lightweight tinted sunscreen is a bit thicker than the analogous SPF from Hero Cosmetics but still delivers a soft, matte finish.

I tested it by applying the Mineral Matte Screen on one half of my face and the Mineral Unseen Sunscreen on the other.

The difference is clear: the Mineral Matte Screen is more matte and not shiny.

For those with super oily skin, this is probably a great choice.

While I find it acceptable, I prefer the powdery finish of the Mineral Unseen Sunscreen over this one.

Glow Stick

The Glow Stick SPF 50 is a versatile and convenient option for sun protection, and I believe it’s intended to be a sort of “highlighter” alternative.

When you twist it up, it appears as a clear stick, almost like a lipstick. It applies like a dream, making my skin feel super hydrated and nourished.

There's no white cast since it's a chemical sunscreen, which is expected.

This product is excellent! The only drawback is that I don't like relying on sunscreen sticks alone because you won't get enough SPF coverage.

However, it's perfect for applying throughout the day.

You can easily put it in your bag if you're running to the beach or traveling and can't carry a full lotion size in your carry-on.

My skin feels great with this, and I'm really happy about it.

PLAY Everyday Lotion

The PLAY Everyday Lotion is a reliable sunscreen that I actually prefer over the Unseen Sunscreen for spreadability purposes, but it does leave a bit of a greasy sheen.

The lotion is a medium-thick white liquid that can be used on both the face and body.

It contains great ingredients like sunflower extract, which has beta carotene to help defend our skin from external environmental stressors.

While it’s not remarkable, it’s a good sunscreen that smells nice, like eucalyptus.

I usually don’t like when products have a scent, but this one doesn’t sting my eyes at all.

I really do like this sunscreen and would have ranked it higher, but there’s not much that differentiates it from other sunscreens from other brands.

It’s a great sunscreen nonetheless, making it a solid choice for everyday use.

Glow Oil

The next product on my list is the Glow Oil.

Initially, I was excited to try it because the concept seemed innovative and promising.

However, the first thing I noticed was the smell, it has a strong, alcohol-like scent that I didn't find appealing.

Using the Glow Oil was also a bit of a challenge due to its unique format.

I wasn't sure how much to apply, so I ended up putting a generous amount on my hand, splashing it onto my face, and letting it absorb.

Despite the scent, the Glow Oil does deliver a beautiful, radiant glow, which makes it fantastic for capturing that perfect Instagram photo.

However, I don't see myself using it every day.

I'll definitely finish the bottle I have, but I don't plan on repurchasing it.

For special occasions or photo ops, it might be worth trying, but it won't become a staple in my daily routine.
